Make use of these steps
1. Goto installation
2.press enter and enter your security code. E.g 0000
3. Now goto blind scan
4. you would see list of satelite channels
5. For sport select w4w7 and blind scan
6. For any other channel like nollywood plus, nollywood, ifilms. E.t.c
You can scan intelsat 7,10/k
7. The above steps would not unlock channels but would give you free
to air channels.
With somany dstv channels attached to it.
YOU CAN ALSO HACK THE SCRAMBLED CHANNELS AND MAKE THEM WORK FOR FREE.
USING BISS CODE,GONGLE AND SOME OTHER TRICKS ATTACHED TO IT.

Mytv signal is red color, what will i do.
well they are four basic reasons why your mytv signa mightl turn red.
1. if the fconnector is not well fixed
2. if you tempered with your dish settings
3.if you tempered with the frequency
4. if mytv upgraded their sat
solution
1. remove the f connector and fix it back. you can check how to assemble a dish. here
2. mytv runs at intelsat 7,10/k 68.5E
3.change frequency to 10.700~12.750
4.blind scan your decoder.
if you don't know how to solve the problems with the solutions listed above. simple visit the satellite arena to learn how.
I joined 2 cables to get to where my decoder is. So dose it mean that i have to use one stret cable that will run from the the dish to the decode for the signal to turn green.

You can join two cables but make sure um the cables are well joined together.

U said i can join 2 cables togethe, how can i be sure it is well joined.
well seperate the cables and check the signal rate i.e you connect the other end to your decoder , observe the signal strength befor joining the second cable. Now observe the difference. If there is a big difference in signal rate then you are on it. If not check if the cable is broken . If after doing all this and you don't get any good result. go get a new cable .... Just so you would know for sure that the problem is not from the cable.... Then we can focus on one major problem which is your dish settings and two minor problems which are your F connector and frequency...
Dear Admin last week before Mytv displayed a message that they will upgrade their services. i was able to watch free to air channels with my Samsung tv (It has internal decoder). after that mytv upgrade, i can no longer watch any channel, instead the tv will just display weak signal or check connection

if mytv upgrade their service and you no longer watch mytv channels any more. Simple run a blind scan... If you don't know how. You can check the satellite tv category for the blind scan tutorial

Well have written somany tutorial on how to get free to air channels via strong decoder, so all u need do is goto the satellite tv category and explore . well am sorry for not droping some thing new this week. Have been terminally ill.. For the pass two weeks now. About um the dstv setttings. Have got something new on dstv already um am going to drop the lastest free to air settings.. And with that particular settings you can watch lots and lots of dstv channels especially now that the champions league is on. Just pray i get well soon

yeah yeah is just network problem. Relax after sometime rescan your decoder. I believe is a dstv decoder.

Am not in south Africa. So i can't give you a good frequency. Simple get a dish, fix itt at a certain degree and run several frequencies. You run your own experiment and tell me what your findings are

You need a server to watch. If i do understand your request. You are asking for a ftp settings right. Please indicate your country.

No news my friend. The problem is not geting the premium settings, is the fact that am not in SA . So is very hard for me to determine the degree,frequency ,symbol rate e.t.c at which you can watch dstv premium channels for free. There was a software that works. But is now outdated .Not to worry am working on that of SA. I believe Ghanians are Enjoying the FTP settings and by GOD grace i will drop something for SA before the end of the month

Hi admin im getting dstv cost signal. Decoder will re-establish signal. Do not switch off the decoder. If persists call call centre. And it only happens on Emmanuel tv. Please help. I've tried rescaning and it doesn't clear.
